How to review your current coverage with our annual enrollment checklist
Use this simple guide to make sure you have the best possible health plan for your year ahead.
The Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) is a specific time of year when you can review your medical health insurance plan. As an Aetna Medicare Advantage member, make sure to use the resources below so you have the coverage you need to meet your health goals.
Look for your Annual Notice of Change
Every year, most members will receive an Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) that outlines how your plan’s costs and benefits may change next year. The ANOC is sent by mail or email and typically arrives in September. Read it carefully. It can help you better understand updates to your plan’s monthly premiums, out-of-pocket costs, prescription benefits and more.
If you don’t receive your Annual Notice of Change or if you have questions about this important document and your benefits, call Member Services at 1-833-570-6670 (TTY: 711), between 8 AM and 8 PM, 7 days a week.

Question of the month
Question: “What if I’m happy with my plan?”
Answer: You’ve worked hard to find the right Aetna Medicare Advantage plan to fit your needs. And now you may be wondering if you need to renew your coverage each year. Great news: If you’re happy with your plan, you generally don’t need to do anything! Most plans will automatically renew starting January 1, 2024.
