How to access care with your plan
From your secure member website to 24/7 support, we're making it simple to manage your health. Here’s everything you need to know to take advantage of your plan.
A new plan year is a fresh start — and having access to care should be easy. Whether you need to see a provider in person, get care from home or manage your health online, your plan has options to support you. Knowing where to turn makes it easier to stay on top of your health and get the help you need, when you need it.
Reach out for support
There are several Aetna teams ready to support your health care needs, including:
Member Services
This team is ready to assist you with your plan. Member Services is a great resource if you have questions that can’t be answered through an online tool. This may include:
-
Benefits and coverage
-
Claims and billing
-
Translation services
Call them at 1-833-570-6670 (TTY: 711), 8 AM to 8 PM local time, 7 days a week.
24-Hour Nurse Line*
For nonemergency health care questions, you can call our 24-Hour Nurse Line* and speak to a registered nurse. A nurse can help with deciding the right place for care, understanding your symptoms and managing chronic conditions.
Access the 24-Hour Nurse Line at 1-855-493-7019 (TTY: 711), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also find this number on your member ID card.
*FOR 24-HOUR NURSE LINE: While only your doctor can diagnose, prescribe or give medical advice, the 24-Hour Nurse Line can provide information on a variety of health topics.
Access care from anywhere
Your plan offers a variety of benefits to help you stay healthy and get the care you need — whether at home, online or in a doctor’s office. From telehealth visits and at-home medical supplies to a $0 copay annual wellness visit and important screenings, your plan is designed to make accessing care easier and more convenient.
Welcome to the 2026 plan year!
We’re excited to kick off another year with you. Our goal is to make managing your health a little easier — whether that’s answering your questions, offering support or helping you navigate your benefits and coverage. And we’re proud to share that we’ve been recognized as the Best Medicare Advantage Plan by U.S. News & World Report! We’re here to support you at every step of your health journey.1
Your primary care provider (PCP) can help provide the screenings and checkups covered by your plan, including your Annual Wellness Visit and breast and colon cancer screenings. Choose an in-network PCP to help avoid unnecessary costs.
Screenings, $0 copays and more
Your plan includes an Annual Wellness Visit with an in-network primary care provider (PCP) — all at a $0 copay. During this important exam, your provider will review your medical history, make sure your preventive screenings and vaccines are up to date, and complete a physical exam. You’re also covered for many screenings that you need for better health, like mammograms and colonoscopies. Make sure to set up these important appointments if you haven’t already.
Health care at home
If you’re managing a chronic condition like diabetes or a heart condition, you’re covered for certain at-home medical supplies. This could include things like a blood glucose meter or a walker.
If you don’t have transportation to a provider’s office, you may be able to make an online appointment. Telehealth visits are a safe and convenient way to get care for a variety of needs, such as:
-
Colds and flu
-
Managing chronic conditions
-
Medication refills
