Need to find out if your prescription drugs or your next colonoscopy is covered? That’s what your plan web page is for. Plan web pages are quick and helpful references that give you an overview of your health care plan and what it covers.

You can access your plan web page anytime by typing in the URL or use your smartphone or tablet camera to scan the QR code found on your member ID card. No need to log in!

Here’s what you’ll find on your plan web page.

An overview of your plan and coverage

On your plan web page, you’ll see the full name of your health care plan (e.g., 2024 Aetna Medicare Value Plan (HMO-POS) (H3312-065)). Plus, you can watch a quick video that explains the benefits, programs and services your plan offers.

Question of the month

What's the difference between my plan web page and my secure member website?

As an Aetna Medicare Advantage member, you have access to a lot of resources to help stay on top of your health and your health plan. But knowing which resources to use when can be confusing.

You can find similar information and features on both your plan web page and your secure member website. But your secure member website is a portal that you need to log in to, also provides personal details about your coverage, including:

  • The option to download and print your member ID card

  • A record of your payments

  • A history of your claims

  • Prior authorization status

It’s also where you can access helpful tools and resources like the CVS Pharmacy® Flu & Vaccine Scheduler and our Back & Joint Care Support Center.

To explore all the member resources on your secure member website, go to AetnaMedicare.com/Login. You’ll need to set up a username and password, if you haven’t already.

For language services, please call the number on your member ID card and request an operator. For other language services: Español | 中⽂ | Tiếng Việt | 한국어 | Tagalog | Pусский | ةيبرعلا| | Kreyòl | Français | Polski | Português | Italiano | Deutsch | ⽇本語 | فارسی | Other languages…

See Evidence of Coverage for a complete description of plan benefits, exclusions, limitations and conditions of coverage. Plan features and availability may vary by service area. Participating health care providers are independent contractors and are neither agents nor employees of Aetna. The availability of any particular provider cannot be guaranteed, and provider network composition is subject to change. For mail-order, you can get prescription drugs shipped to your home through the network mail-order delivery program. Typically, mail-order drugs arrive within two weeks. You can call the Member Services number on your member ID card if you do not receive your mail-order drugs within this timeframe. Members may have the option to sign-up for automated mail-order delivery.
