Your plan web page

Your plan web page is a quick and helpful overview of your health care plan and what it covers. You can easily access the page that corresponds with your plan by typing in the URL on your member ID card. You can also use your smartphone or tablet camera to scan the QR code on your ID card. No need to log in!

You can also find PDFs of important documents on your plan web page, including your Evidence of Coverage (EOC) and formulary, or drug list. You’ll see links to forms that can help you get reimbursed and manage your care. For instance, you’ll find documents for releasing information to a caregiver or another health care provider and for mail-order prescriptions.

To see if your provider is in your plan’s network, you have two options. You can click on ”Members” or at the top of your plan web page. Or you can scroll down the page to the “Helpful resources” section and look for ”Find a doctor.” There are also links to “Find a dentist” and “Find a pharmacy.” From here, you can search a current doctor’s name or pharmacy location, or find a new doctor, dentist or pharmacy by entering your ZIP code.

Secure member website

Your secure member website offers many of the same features. But this site also includes personal details about your coverage. You can download and print your member ID card, a record of your payments, a history of your claims, and prior authorization status. You can also search for providers and pharmacies in your area.

To explore all the resources on your secure member website, go to AetnaMedicare.com/Login.

Look for your Annual Notice of Change (ANOC)

The annual enrollment period (AEP) is the time of year when you can make changes to your Medicare coverage. The great news is that if you’re happy with your plan and your Aetna Medicare Advantage benefits, you don’t need to do anything. Your plan will automatically renew starting January 1.

In the meantime, be on the lookout for your Annual Notice of Change, or ANOC. It will arrive in the mail. This will let you know how your health plan may be changing next year. Have questions? We’re happy to answer them! Call Member Services at 1-833-570-6670 (TTY: 711) from 8 AM to 8 PM, 7 days a week.
