Designed to bring pharmacy, care, savings and other helpful health tools together, the app makes everyday health tasks simpler, faster and more convenient.

Getting started is easy. Download the app and create an account using your mobile number or email address. Then explore one or two features that fit your needs. As you become more comfortable using the app, you'll discover even more ways to save time and stay on top of your health.

Explore your plan details anytime, anywhere. This includes your:

• Evidence of Coverage
• Summary of Benefits
• Plan documents and other benefit information

You can update your access in the app and connect your health data. Simply select “Connect health data” on the home page of the app to get started.

Managing your medications is one of the app's most helpful features. You can:

• View your current and past prescriptions
• Refill eligible medications or sign up for auto refills for medicines you take regularly
• Arrange pickup or, for eligible prescriptions, home delivery
• Use Spoken Rx® to have prescription information read aloud in English or Spanish

The Pharmacy section also offers additional tools to help you stay organized and manage your medications with confidence.

Arrange for pickup or delivery

Making it to the pharmacy isn't always easy. Whether you're not feeling well, have a busy schedule or simply prefer the convenience, the app lets you track eligible prescription deliveries or choose store pickup.

Need health and wellness products, too? You can shop for health, beauty and household essentials and choose pickup, delivery or shipping, depending on availability in your area.

The CVS Health app is available on the Apple® App Store® or Google Play™. Create an account using your mobile number or email address. Then, explore features like prescription management, appointment scheduling, pharmacy support and savings on everyday health and wellness products.

Schedule MinuteClinic® visits

Need care for a minor illness like an ear infection, pink eye or strep throat? The CVS Health app makes it easy to schedule an appointment at a MinuteClinic with a certified family nurse practitioner or physician assistant. Virtual care may also be available for certain services.

You can also use the app to view, manage or cancel upcoming appointments whenever your plans change.

Let a pharmacist answer your questions

Your pharmacist is a valuable resource for medication support. Through the app, you can securely message your CVS® pharmacist with questions about:

• How and when to take your medication
• Possible side effects
• Drug, food or drink interactions
• Insurance questions or prior authorizations

Keep up with your vaccines

Staying current on recommended vaccines is simple with the CVS Health app. Schedule appointments for vaccines such as flu, COVID-19, RSV, shingles, pneumonia and hepatitis B at participating CVS Pharmacy® or MinuteClinic locations.

You can also access your vaccination records and find answers to common vaccine questions.

Set digital reminders

When life gets busy, medication reminders can help you stay on track. Set reminders for your prescriptions, adjust them as your schedule changes and manage refills all from one place.

You can also update auto-refill preferences, request refills when needed and manage eligible 100-day prescription supplies.

Save money on everyday items

The CVS Health app makes it easy to find savings on products you use every day. Browse digital coupons, weekly deals and ExtraCare® offers on health and wellness items.

Depending on your Aetna Medicare plan, you may also have access to additional savings and benefits, including:

• Discounts on eligible CVS Health brand products
• An over-the-counter (OTC) benefit amount (allowance) to help pay for approved health and wellness products
• Access to eligible health benefits and spending information
