It’s the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) — the time of year when you can review or change your health plan. Good news: If you’re happy with your current Aetna plan, you don’t need to do anything. It will automatically renew on January 1. Your Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) outlines updates to your plan for the next year. Here’s some easy guidance on how to read it.

What's an ANOC?

Your ANOC gives you a comparison of your 2025 plan benefits to your 2026 plan benefits. It can help you see how your Aetna Medicare plan continues to support your needs.

There may be updates to your:

  • Benefits
  • Monthly premiums
  • Deductibles
  • Out-of-pocket costs and more

How do I view my Annual Notice of Change?

You should have received your ANOC by mail or email. You can also access it through your secure member website or plan web page. If you didn’t receive it, call Member Services at 1-833-570-6670 (TTY: 711) from 8 AM to 8 PM, 7 days a week. They can help you access the document and make sure your information is up to date. This includes your address, phone number and email address.

How do I navigate my ANOC?

The main sections include:

  • Administrative changes: These typically don't affect the plan's coverage or benefits
  • Program information: This includes details about free counseling programs, such as the State Health Insurance Program, and Medicare’s Extra Help program, which can help pay for prescriptions
  • Privacy protection: Details on how we keep your personal, health and financial information safe
  • Language assistance: We offer free interpreter services to help answer questions about our health or drug plan. Simply call us at 1-833-220-0349 (TTY: 711) for assistance.
