4 ways your member website makes health care easier
See how your Aetna® member website helps you manage your prescriptions, appointments, benefits and more — all in one easy, secure place
Your secure member website makes it easier to get the most out of your health plan. There are many ways to use it, including checking test results and getting appointment reminders. Start by logging in to your account at AetnaMedicare.com/Login.
Not registered yet? It’s easy to sign up! Step one: Head to AetnaMedicare.com/Register to create a new user account. Then, keep reading to find out how your member website helps you stay in control of your health.
1. You can check your coverage
Head to the homepage of your member website. Then, check out your plan documents, including your:
Summary of Benefits (an easy-to-understand snapshot of your plan benefits)
Evidence of Coverage (a comprehensive outline of your plan’s benefits and costs)
Formulary (list of covered drugs)
Annual Notice of Change (a yearly summary that comes out in October of any upcoming changes to your plan coverage, costs and provider and pharmacy networks)
2. You can find in-network providers
When your primary care provider and specialists are in network, you may be able to save time and money. Be sure to search for your current providers to make sure they are in network, too.
Looking for someone new? Select “Find a doctor” or “Find a dentist.” Then, enter your ZIP code to search in your area.
Check your coverage
Log in to your secure member website at AetnaMedicare.com/Login to check your personal coverage and benefit costs.
3. You can manage your prescriptions
Check your formulary to find out which prescriptions your plan covers. You can also see which medications are available for home delivery. Need to find a pharmacy nearby? Choose “Find a pharmacy” and enter your ZIP code to search for one in network.
4. You can find key forms
Maybe you want a loved one to be able to talk with your provider about your private medical info, like test results or a diagnosis. Or perhaps another provider or specialist needs access to your test results. You can find forms that grant these permissions on your member website. Select “Find a form” and then choose from the list. You can print a form and mail it in. Or, to file for reimbursements, choose “Complete online form” to submit digitally.
Your member website puts everything you need in one place — your coverage, providers, prescriptions, forms and more. Log in today to help make managing your chronic condition easier. Have questions? Choose "Help" to get phone number, email and chat options.
See Evidence of Coverage for a complete description of plan benefits, exclusions, limitations and conditions of coverage. Plan features and availability may vary by service area.
The formulary and/or pharmacy network may change at any time. You will receive notice when necessary.
